By accessing or using this Platform, you ("Customer", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.
E-Series Digital is an online marketplace that sells exclusively digital products, including but not limited to video bundles, AI tools and prompt collections, learning courses, toolkits, and templates. All products sold on this Platform are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase on this Platform. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is processed securely through third-party payment gateways including Razorpay and Cashfree. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link via the Platform and/or email. The download link is valid for 72 hours and permits up to 5 downloads per order.
Since all products are digital, delivery is instant upon successful payment confirmation. A unique, secure download link will be generated and displayed on the confirmation page. This link will also be associated with your order for future reference.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or commercial purposes as specified in each product's description. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the purchased digital products with third parties unless explicitly permitted.
All content on this Platform — including product listings, descriptions, images, logos, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of E-Series Media Works and is protected under applicable Indian laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) use automated tools to scrape or download content; (d) share, redistribute, or resell purchased products without authorization.
E-Series Media Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform or digital products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat, Haryana.
